Twilight cantered in, her thoughts one big jumble in her mind. She had to talk to Camelot, and quick, he was the only one who she trusted. He had to know the truth, and he had to forgive her for what she had done, otherwise, she'd be alone, with no friends. Twilight sighed. Before, she barely knew what a friend was, not to mention how to get one. But Camelot was her first friend, the first friend she'd had in her whole life, and he couldn't leave her, he couldn't. They had to get things straight. Twilight played with a sprig of grass. Now she couldn't hunt. It is wrong to hunt on this side of the border. She took a deep breath. Now she would learn to graze, maybe grass wasn't as good as meat, but she would do this for the good of the lights. This is for Camelot, she thought, determined, and she lipped up some greenery and let the flavor sit upon her tounge for a while before swallowing. It wasn't that bad. It had a spring in it, like happiness, a little power boost. Twilight ate some more. It wasn't like meat; it was totally different. But this was what she had to do for the rest of her life if she was going to keep her friend. Now she ventured to grab a giant tuft of grass in her teeth, chewing and swallowing. Well, it wasn't vile, so she ate some more. I'm getting used to this, she thought as she lipped up some more of the green sprigs, then full, waited for her friend to arrive.
