Hope I'm not butting-in, but I'm bored and new, and alone. I ride english, and I jump too! Isn't that exciting? Well, I also do dressage, but I only show hunter. I jump 2'3 to 2'9 usually.

Thanks, he's 6, we just started jumping last year. That's a really good picture of him. The jump is only 2'3, it's at our first show of this year. What color is your horse?

That sucks. My mom tried to sell Lucky (my pony) and I cried and screamed at her and was so miserable she desided not to. I was a horrible brat, but she said she wasn't selling him because we had put to much time into him. (we saved him when he was 8 months)

Welcome and hi Misery Gale Your pony ish beautiful too!!! I used to ride English for a year and a half (give or take a little) but I switched to Western. Now I just trail ride...I kinda miss jumping though, and I REALLY want to learn dressage. Unfortunatley nobody teaches it where I live...

Thanks. I used to ride Western, but then I had to switch, because there was no one to teach me anymore.

Awww...yeah, I've had at least 4-5 instructors all my 2 years of riding.... I find the saddle much more comfortable than english but I like the feel of the english saddle more...hmm....that's kinda confusing isn't it?

Very. I've been riding for 9 years, but I've only had 3 instrutures, including my current one. When I was five I started riding western, then I had to switch at 10 because my intrusture left and all are horses got sold. so I rode with this lady, then I got Lucky and slowly I began to ride less with my instucter because she kept canceling, so after 2 years I switched to my current intrustructer and have been riding with her for 2 years and she help[ed me train Lucky.

I've only been riding for 3 years, cute pony! But i can jump and stuff, I got the QH, but he's not at our barn yet, coming on Friday! I went to a county barn, so lots of different instructors. But then I went to a private one, did a few lessons somewhere else, but thats it. ;D
