Name:[shadow=grey,left,300]~*~Midnight Curse~*~[/shadow]
Heart: Cursed
Breed: Arabian
Age: 4
Gender: Mare
Markings: None
Color: Ebony
History: She was a light fawn abandoned because of her deep black color. She was taken in by darks, who taught her their wicked ways, and she inherited their herd. Her love turned on her and abandoned her, and she's wandered, fending for herself.
Personality:Touchy, sarcastic, speaks her mind, headstrong, very leaderly, willful, respectful
It was a misty night. A large grey cloud shrouded the moon. The air was stiff and still. Not a single sound erupted from nature. All was silent. All was deadly silent. It was as if the heavens themselves knew that the curse was coming. And she did. Long, graceful pillars carefully struck the ground with practiced ease, thin strong bodice practically feather light, deep purple-streaked tail swished back and forth, back and forth like the chiming of a clock. Upon a long slender neck was her pointed dial, lined with a velvety pelt and accented with a luxuriously silky banner, which at the moment, was unruffled by the wind. Orbs that seemed to be made of lightning carefully searched the area for any approaching equine. If one did come, she was ready. The moon, high in the sky, told all who noticed that it was midnight. The Midnight Curse had arrived. Not one minute late. Her new home seemed good enough, nice and quiet. Good. She liked quiet, and she wasn't very fond of noise. It disturbed her and broke her concentration. Though it did not show at the moment, Midnight Curse was very eager to arrive at her new home. Food was becoming scarce where she wandered, and she had been on the verge of death when she saw this place.
Death would have been better than suffering, she had thought.
But the coming of day saved her, for it had pointed out the magnificent land of Equusoul. The light's rays seemed to shine upon it like a spotlight, beckoning her, telling her to come and make this her home. Fact: Midnight Curse never ignores signs. Especially if they'll save her life. So she traveled four agonizing days, clinging to life, until she finally found enough food to keep her alive enough. And here she was, at the end of her perilous trip. After being abandoned twice, she had been forced to wander, surviving on the grass beneath her and cowering under the sun above her. She had been chased by a pack of wolves, attacked by a rattle snake, bullied by three traveling herds. It was a relief to know that all of this torment would finally come to a very much appreciated end. A very, very, very much appreciated end.
